Studio
Studio is equipped with textile inkjet printer which can print directly on fabric, resulting in faster sample deliveries to our clients.

• Our designers keep an eye on letest market trends through resource books and international publications in our library, via internet and by participating in international trade show.

Printing

Dying

• Eco-friendly production. Colurs, chemicals and intermediates used are azp free.
• Dyes used - Pigment | Reactive | Vat

• Dyeing done on Jiggers, Padding Mangle
• Capacity 2 lakh meters per month

Embroidery Unit
• Fully controlled capacity of 50 single needle and 36 head computerized embroidery machines.
• Sequin & Bead work: Controlled capacity for intricate sequin & hand embroidery work.

Quilting
Computerised quilting machine, 2 pieces in house, 4 pieces contracted and hand quilting which can quilt upto size of 270 x 270 cms.
Installed capacity of 2 computerised quilting machines and controlled capacity of additional 4 fully controlled capacity for hand quilting.

Fabrication Unit
• Installed capacity of 150 Juki/Brother Machines along with full finishing facilities.

Quality Control
• Appropriate checks and controls are embedded right from purchase of raw material, production and packing of finished goods.
• All fabric is checked and sorted as per 4 point system of fabric inspection.
• Finished goods are inspected and accepted as per appropriate AQL norms.
